Cultivate and solicit gifts to the Annual Fund of $5,000 to $100,000. Manage the volunteer reunion committee for four to five (4-5) reunion classes. Oversee the recruitment of reunion class chairs and committee members. Set class fundraising and participation goals, and design and implement strategic plan for achieving goals. Completes 125-150 face to face cultivation, solicitation and stewardship visits each year. Maintain accurate information within fundraising database as well as complete documentation/follow-up for prospect strategies. Collaborate with NYU School of Law research team to identify and evaluate prospects.
2-3 years’ relevant experience. Should include experience in fundraising, face-to-face solicitation, cultivation and stewardship of donors.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task large scale projects. Ability to interact successfully with a diverse group of individuals. Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
