Our Story

AGN was founded in 2010 to help annual giving professionals share information and ideas. While we originally did so through our social networks, we quickly grew with expanded offerings including a job board, special reports, articles, and library of samples and tools.

Today, AGN is a leading provider of training and resources for annual giving, alumni relations, and development programs. We empower thousands of advancement staff and volunteers through our best practices research, expert faculty, interactive workshops, and live webinars.

We’re also proud to serve more than 400 organizations through our institutional membership program, which provides free access to our webinars and other training resources. Members also receive discounts on workshops, job advertisements, program assessments, and other services.
